Uasin Gishu Governor Jonathan Bii Chelilim has ignited a fresh political storm after threatening to release what he described as an explosive dossier on Senator Jackson Mandago, Kesses MP CPA Julius Rutto, and Soy MP David Kiplagat.

Speaking during a public event, Governor Bii accused the three leaders of persistently undermining and decampaigning his administration despite having served in key positions during the previous county government.

The governor claimed that the leaders have been criticizing his administration while concealing their own records from the period they served together in county leadership.
