Progress Update: Ngong Road–Naivasha Road Junction Flyover

The Project Implementation Team today conducted a site visit to the Ngong Road–Naivasha Road Junction Flyover to assess progress against key project milestones.

During the visit, the contractor briefed the team on ongoing works and confirmed that the project is on schedule for completion by July 2026.

The steady progress reflects the effective leadership and oversight of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) under the stewardship of Director General Eng. Silas Kinoti, whose focus on accountability, timely execution, and quality delivery continues to yield tangible results across urban road projects.

Under Eng. Kinoti’s leadership, KURA has strengthened project monitoring frameworks, ensured contractor compliance, and maintained momentum on critical infrastructure developments that are easing congestion and improving mobility within the Nairobi Metropolitan Area.

The Ngong Road–Naivasha Road Junction Flyover is expected to significantly improve traffic flow and enhance connectivity once completed, delivering lasting benefits to road users and the wider economy.
