Kabete Residents Urged to Embrace Change as James Wanjohi Positions for 2027 MP Race

Kabete MP aspirant Hon. James Wanjohi has issued a call to residents to take personal responsibility in shaping the constituency’s future, emphasizing civic participation, voter registration, and informed leadership choices ahead of the 2027 General Election.

Speaking while engaging residents, Wanjohi noted that Kabete requires leadership that understands the everyday struggles of its people — particularly youth seeking employment opportunities, small and medium business owners, and hardworking families striving for economic stability.

“Kabete deserves a leader who listens, understands, and acts in the best interests of the people,” he said, adding that meaningful change can only be achieved through active public participation and wise voting decisions.

He urged residents to stop normalising poor leadership and instead focus on electing leaders with a clear vision, integrity, and commitment to service delivery.

As part of the mobilisation drive towards 2027, Wanjohi encouraged residents to:

Obtain National Identification cards

Register as voters

Mobilise friends, family members, and neighbours to participate in the democratic process

Wanjohi reaffirmed his commitment to visionary, inclusive, and people-centred leadership, stating that his agenda is anchored on youth empowerment, support for biashara communities, and improved service delivery across Kabete.

He concluded by reminding residents that Kabete’s future lies in their hands, urging unity and collective action as the constituency prepares for the next electoral cycle.
