President Ruto Reaffirms Unity and Inclusive Growth Agenda in Baringo

 


President William Ruto on Tuesday concluded a day-long tour of Baringo County, where he addressed residents of Mogotio town and reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to uniting the country and fast-tracking the national transformation agenda.

Speaking to wananchi, the President emphasized that his government is guided by a shared national vision focused on inclusive economic growth that leaves no one and no region behind. He said national unity remains critical to achieving sustainable development and ensuring equitable distribution of resources across the country.

President Ruto noted that the government is implementing people-centered policies aimed at uplifting livelihoods, strengthening local economies, and expanding access to essential services. He assured residents that Baringo County remains a key part of the broader development agenda, with ongoing and planned investments in infrastructure, education, agriculture, and security.

The Head of State also called on leaders and citizens to work together across political and regional divides to accelerate development and foster social cohesion. He reiterated that collaboration between national and county governments is essential for delivering meaningful transformation at the grassroots.

The visit formed part of the President’s nationwide engagements aimed at monitoring development projects, listening to citizens’ concerns, and reinforcing the government’s commitment to building a united, prosperous, and inclusive Kenya.
