Hon. Ann Wamuratha Celebrates Kwa Ngethe Primary School Graduates
Kiambu Woman Representative, Hon. Ann Wamuratha, has congratulated the Grade 6 and Grade 9 pupils of Kwa Ngethe Primary School in Kiuu Ward, Ruiru Constituency, for their exemplary performance and determination as they mark this key academic milestone.
The colourful event, held at the school grounds, brought together teachers, parents, and education stakeholders under the leadership of Headmistress Mrs. Nginyo, whose commitment has seen the school continue to produce disciplined and focused learners.
Hon. Wamuratha commended the learners for their hard work and urged them to remain steadfast in their pursuit of excellence. She also distributed sanitary packs to girls, reaffirming her commitment to supporting education through the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF).
“Every girl deserves to learn with comfort, dignity, and confidence. No child should stay out of school because of lack of sanitary towels,” she said.
The Woman Representative further lauded teachers and parents for their collective role in nurturing a strong and empowered generation, noting that education remains the foundation of Kiambu’s future.
“When we invest in our children, we invest in the future of our county and our nation,” she added.
